					<description><![CDATA[It is eligible, Jo. A book published anywhere in the world in English is eligible in the year of publication. If it is not published in the US or UK until the following year, it does get another chance. So The Last Stormlord is actually eligible for two years.

Adult Australian fantasy novels though generally don&#039;t make much of a dent on the international awards scene.]]></description>
