Why do always fantasy books use these colors as orange and purple ?

I love orange and purple, but i mean it is peculiar it is so ^^

The pic was taken at the roadhouse at Cocklebiddy...and for those of you who don't know the place, it is in the middle of nowhere. Hundreds of miles to another cluster of houses that passes for a town in that part of the world. Welcome to Western Australia, back of beyond.

I am loving this book, Satima. Tough to write, but I love this story.
