Joanna: you will get one of the first copies having won that competition...Probably for you that means August. You had better send me your snail mail addy sometime at the beginning of August (which will remind me!).

The publication date reads September in my contract, which actually means "That's our intention, but well, who knows what can go wrong..."

Well done! At least you won’t be suffering from empty nest syndrome because you are already working on the next one…not something you can say about two legged babies!

Glad the baby pleased you in the end after all the work you have been doing. It really is a matter of blood, sweat and tears with you writing coves isn't it? Its changed my mind about writing a book.
