My reasons?
Slamming the loo door would alert the tiger to your presence (if it didn’t know already)
I can’t believe that you stayed there all night without checking to see if it had moved on.
Usually predators that have recently eaten tend to get lazy about searching for more food.
Lastly, I don’t believe that you would panic that easily.
